Welcome to LofiFoundation.com (the “Site”), the official platform of the Lofi Foundation – the environmental and charitable initiative of the broader $LOFI crypto project. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and its features, including wallet connectivity, crypto-based donations, impact metrics, and leaderboards.
By using the Site or initiating any transaction, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Lofi Foundation is operated by the team behind the $LOFI project, aiming to drive real-world environmental change through blockchain-based donation systems and transparent impact metrics. This Site showcases global clean-up efforts, allows crypto donations, and tracks wallet-based contributions in real-time.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 or 21 years old, depending on location) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users under 13 may not use this Site under any circumstances.
Interacting with core features requires connecting a supported Sui-compatible wallet. Your wallet address is used to track donations and compute leaderboard points. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
We will never request private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet permissions. You are solely responsible for managing your own wallet and tokens.

Any use outside of these intended purposes, or in violation of applicable laws, is strictly prohibited.
All donations via this Site are voluntary, one-way, non-refundable cryptocurrency transfers which are not tax deductible in the United States. They are donations which are not payments for goods or services. There is no return, ownership, or equity in exchange.
Blockchain transactions are final and non-reversible. Once confirmed on-chain, we cannot cancel, refund, or recover your donation. Always double-check:

All donations may require gas fees to be processed on the Sui network. These fees are paid to network validators and are separate from your donation.
Funds are pooled and allocated at the discretion of the Lofi Foundation team toward environmental cleanup, ocean plastic recovery, freshwater restoration, and similar global efforts. We aim to provide transparent summaries of how community donations are used, but no individual donation is tracked 1:1 to a specific cleanup activity. Use of funds is entirely at the discretion of the Lofi Foundation team provided that such funds are used for the purposes described herein.
You may receive public recognition (points, rankings, badges) for your donations. You agree to the disclosure of such information as is made available on the Site with respect to your donations. These systems:
The systems are maintained in good faith by the Lofi Foundation team, and may contain errors or discrepancies.
All donations are public and visible on the Sui blockchain. By donating, you consent to the public recording and disclosure of your wallet address and transaction.

Use the Site and related blockchain technology at your own risk and in compliance with your local laws.
Donations are not currently considered tax-deductible, and the Lofi Foundation is not a registered charitable organization in any country unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for your own tax reporting.

All text, branding, graphics, layouts, code, and visual elements on the Site are owned by or licensed to the Lofi Foundation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written permission.
While blockchain donation addresses are public, the formatting, gamification, and presentation of data on the Site is a creative and proprietary implementation. Please cite Lofi Foundation if you share this presentation externally.
The Site and its features are provided as-is and as available, without warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted service or flawless functionality.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. You agree that the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to your use of this Site.
